What does the service include?
We can do everything from advertising the vacancy to running recruitment days and everything in between! It is up to you how involved you would like us to be. Typically, we take a job description from you and help to tailor it to the needs of the National Apprenticeship Service which is where we advertise. We can then help you sort through the applications, interview the candidates on the phone or face to face and even conduct assessments before we shortlist the candidates for you.
Is there a charge to use this service?
As long as you are planning to use us as your training provider, our recruitment service is completely free to you and the candidate. We will work together with you to understand your needs and recruit the ideal candidate for your role.
