This ESOL Construction course is designed for learners with Entry Level 3 English and maths who are eager to build practical skills for the construction industry. Through hands-on activities, industry-relevant vocabulary, and real-world scenarios, students will gain confidence in both language and trade basics. Whether you're aiming for further training or entry-level employment, this course lays a strong foundation. Learn to read site instructions, follow safety protocols, and communicate effectively with colleagues—all while developing essential construction techniques. No prior experience needed—just a willingness to learn and work hard.

How You’ll Be Assessed

  • You will gain Accredited qualifications in both ESOL and Construction. You will work towards the City & Guilds Level 1 Certificate in Construction Skills and the Ascentis Level 1 ESOL Skills for Life Certificate.
  • Assessment is based on your practical work and coursework throughout the year.
  • Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing exams in ESOL
