This course consists of 8 mandatory units, plus optional units, and you will need to achieve 180 credits to successful complete the course.

What are the entry requirements?
You will need at least 5 GCSEs grade 4 and or above including English and Maths. If you do not have evidence of your English and Maths levels, you will be given an online English and Maths assessment after you submit your application. You may also be asked to complete a piece of free writing or a vocational assessment. If you meet the entry requirements you will then be offered an interview with a tutor to discuss the course.
How is the course taught?
You will be taught practical work on computers and theoretical work in the classroom. In addition, you will be required to spend an extra 20 hours at least on private study
How will I be assessed?
You will be internally assessed through assignments set and marked by your lecturers. Work is graded as Pass, Merit or Distinction for each unit. The grades are then averaged to get the final overall grade.
