CNWL students win big at Hair and Beauty skills competition

Students from the College of North West London's Hair and Beauty department have won four competitions at the 2018 AHT (Association of Hairdressers and Therapists) regional finals.

 Fantasy styleThe annual competition involves salon students from all round London and the south-east competing in a range of hair styles and make-up techniques, with the top three in each category qualifying for national finals.
In all, nine of CNWL's hair and beauty students were placed in the top three, across six different categories.

CNWL's winners were:
Nicoleta Diacona - Fantasy style (pictured)
Olesea Vacarciuc - Ladies Evening style
Alexsandria Qosia - Ladies Evening style (14-16 category)
Drew Palmer - Natural make-up (14-16 category)

Other CNWL students receiving placings in the competition were: Wrood Albatat, Radhe Furnari, Amaliyah Allison, Zainab Ali and Jigna Dandwana
