This course if for you if you have an HNC in Computing and wish to convert it to an HND qualification.

You will need to have an HNC in Computing.

What qualification will I receive?
BTEC Higher National Diploma in Computing.
University Credit Accumulation Transfer Scheme (CATS) towards a BSc degree in Computing (part-time or full-time)
Where can it lead?
The course is recognised by the Institute of Data Processing and Management (IDPM) for exemptions from their Diploma and four modules from their Higher Diploma course.
Students may wish to progress on to a University degree course.
What will I study?
Subjects you will study include: quality management principles, data structures and algorithms, multimedia and web development, techniques of artificial intelligence, communication technology and an advanced computing project.
How will I be taught?
You will focus on developing and building expertise in the units through lectures, practical exercises and individual guided study.
How will I be assessed?
You will be assessed through coursework assignments, project work and end of semester examinations.
